Our talented production and design team worked closely with the company to create custom designed graphics for the display.

The 10’ backlit mirage booth that we created includes:

Four backlit graphic panes

Two backlit rounded end panes

Backlighting for all panels

The purpose of the trade show display is to help promote the benefits the products have on the ecosystem. Unlike synthetic fertilizers, Better Naturally includes beneficial microbes, Mycorrhizal fungi and humates to nourish your soil’s natural ecosystem.

Better Naturally products are made by Rhizogen, a leading supplier of organic, biological fertilizers to the crop, turf, garden, nursery and orchard markets. Rhizogen is all about working with the natural ecosystem to promote soil health. When the soil is in balance with nature, the grass is greener, the flowers are more vibrant and the vegetables are tastier.

Marion can help you create your next trade show display. Call us at 713.623.6444 or email at info2@marion.com.

During a meeting with a client, we noticed our Brand Building Process chart displayed on the wall of his office. Seeing this was wonderful enough, but it also reinforced the importance of brand building and marketing plan execution, for both Marion and our clients.

To the point, when you type the phrase ‘brand building process’ into Google, you notice that our brand building chart appears first. This result shows two things: Marion’s brand building and internet marketing prowess. The chart shows our brand strategy methodology and the Google listing shows our ability to achieve high rankings using our Internet marketing skills.

Marion offers a portfolio of brand building services to foreign and domestic companies seeking to optimize their brand management practices and develop powerful brand building methodologies.

Marion created an exciting, custom brochure design for Clariant Oil Services. To get a better understanding of Clariant, we decided to try to be like them, working upstream, midstream, and downstream in the design, production and printing processes.

Upstream, Marion collaborated with Clariant to develop content and design for the brochure. Much like working upstream in the oil industry, we used this part of the process for exploration and to begin production.

Midstream, Marion worked to electronically design and produce the brochure much like Clariant works midstream to facilitate and transport oil down the pipeline.

Downstream is when we have the final product is printed, much like for the oil and gas industry when oil products leave the refinery.

The brochure incorporates custom artwork done by one of our custom illustrators who has many years of experience with oil and gas projects. The illustration is a cutaway showing where Clariant Oil Services’ products are being used in the oil refining process. Clariant makes products for all points in the process, from the well head to the refinery, upstream to downstream.

Clariant will use the brochure to stress their team and people-friendly approach as they work closely with customers to develop products, services and solutions. The brochure’s artwork reinforces this by showing many customers and employees throughout the brochure’s pages, face-to-face with the reader. This is important because although Clariant Oil Services has a global reach it has a local focus when it comes to customer service.

Clariant Oil Services is a global leader in the provision of specialty chemical products and services to the oil and gas industry for the upstream exploration markets production, pipeline, and refinery. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, they pride themselves on being able to deliver the highest quality technology and service solutions to their customers, meeting and often exceeding financial, operating, health, safety and environmental goals.

By simply typing in ‘related:your site address’ (for example, related:www.yoursite.com), you can view results that show pages that Google think are related to your site.

When searching ‘related:www.yoursite.com’, Google’s search searches that site for keywords and information to display results of websites that have related content. When Marion designs a custom business web site, we use this tool to let Google help us determine who the main competitors are. The related search tool is extremely useful when it comes to researching competitors and to get a feel for what other companies are doing.

Give the related search tool a try. You never know to whom you might be related!

DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) are impressive and have received praise from the center.

The creation of the brochure and trade show display included:

Tagline ideas for the display

Brochure design and electronic production

A 10-Foot pop-up trade show display design and production

The tri-fold brochure was printed on glossy paper and provides information about traumatic brain injuries as well as mentions that MEDVAMC was awarded a five year grant by VA Office of Research and Development to establish a new VA Rehabilitation Research Center of Excellence.

Traumatic Brain Injury or “TBI” is a signature wound of combat in Iraq and Afghanistan. An estimated 300,000Veterans have sustained brain injury from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan usually from exposure to blasts.

To determine the winners, the Crystal Awards committee set criteria and tabulated and certified the results. A select panel of marketing professionals from outside the Houston area acts as judges. Judges scored each answer on a 1 to 10 scale, with 10 being the highest. The entry with the highest number of points is the winner. The five (5) areas of judgment are:

Situation/Challenge

Objective(s)

Strategy/Tactics

Message Alignment

Results

The objective for the catalog was to not only feature their top brand products and services but also provide a comprehensive guide for all the latest in cutting-edge safety services and equipment that was cohesive with their current brand identity. The catalog creation included planning, product research, development & writing, graphic design and printing.

The Total Safety 2009-2010 Safety Products Catalog was printed using a web press to the final specifications of: 8.375” W X 10.875” H; 198 pages plus cover. The cover was printed on 100# gloss paper, and the text was printed on 70# gloss paper. The book was perfect bound with a UV coating on the cover.

Total Safety was delighted with the final product and decided to would expand beyond the printed catalog and allowed Marion to develop an online catalog as well. We built on the foundation of the printed catalog and developed an online version, which was launched in the fall of 2009 along with a redeveloped website.

We were also a finalist for “Website – Most Improved” for Turner Bros. (turnerbros.com).

Marion worked with the company to develop the content and our design team did a tremendous job on the layout and graphics. The brochure has four pages plus a cover measuring 9”x12” and included four stair-stepped inserts in the back pocket. The inserts provided information on four of K Alliance’s most prominent product and service offerings, such as information technology training, soft skill training, desktop applications training, and the enterprise server library. K Alliance ordered 1500 copies of the brochure for their sales team and to be mailed as part of a larger mail campaign to prospective clients.
